Easy does it

In classes this week and next we are discussing Sukha.

Sukha in Sanskrit means happiness, pleasure, ease, or bliss.

Where can you find a sense of ease in this moment?

Maybe it means…effortless with the breath.  Can you allow your breath to flow in a manner that is easy & effortless?

Maybe Sukha means progressively relaxing into this moment from head to toe.

During asana practice can you allow Sukha to become a part of each shape you create?

Or maybe you can apply Sukha in your mind.  Allowing thoughts to pass through without following any of them through; like clouds in the sky.

How can you apply this idea of easiness in your life, in your body, in your mind?  May you discover a sense of presence in this and every moment.
